Excellent service from Jack and his team. Polite, friendly and very professional. Nothing but praise after a member of Jacks team came out to fix a leak in our bathroom, which was coming through the ceiling and downstairs light. The problem was fixed quickly with no issues. Will definitely use again, and recommend Jack to everyone!

A Gasjack engineer attending my property to service my boiler and move a radiator. The engineer was brilliant, he completed the work quickly and with no fuss. He left my property clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend them for all your plumbing and heating needs.

I have recently had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted by GasJack Plumbing and Heating, and am happy to recommend them to others looking for an upgrade. Jack was keen to make sure all went smoothly and on time, whilst Sam got on with the work. Both took time to understand their customer requirements, towards a successful install.

Used GasJack for the first time and was very impressed by the service. They performed an annual boiler check on my new Viessmann boiler and installed a gas hob and new electric oven. This was done in a professional way to a high standard. The back office and the guys on the day were all courteous and knowledgeable. Fast, friendly and excellent value, with clear pricing, I will certainly be using GasJack in future for other projects.

“We had GasJack in to put in a central heating system. From the minute Jack came in to give us a quote, I felt really comfortable with him, Jack is very knowledgeable, and thorough. He is also very polite, well mannered and friendly.

When they came to do the job, they were very good, Sam, one of the engineers encountered a couple of problems that we hadn’t anticipated, but it didn’t seem to phase him, he just got on with it and sorted the problems out, Sam was very polite & knowledgeable too, tidied up afterwards too. Lee came in to do the boiler, he was also very knowledgeable, polite, and well mannered, again tidied up. The company came in, job done, though they were met with a couple of problems, the job was actually completed in less time than I thought it would take. Would I use Gas Jack again? Jack took the time to meet with us to understand what was required and the urgency of finding a resolution to our ongoing Sports Centre and Swimming Pool issues. Jack was able to offer varying designs and solutions at different costings ensuring that all of the options were covered and explained fully regarding output and capability to determine what was best for the University.

When undertaking a large plant room refit for the sports centre and swimming pool, Jack and the team swiftly and professionally decommissioned and removed the dated Rehema, Andrews boilers and flue system.

They supplied and fitted 4 x 150kw Viessmann boilers into a bespoke cascaded system to enable the swimming pool plate heat exchanger and the heat load of the sports centre building to be run alongside each other without issue.  The new cascade flue system was installed to service the replacement Viessmann Vito-Cell 1000 litre cylinder, to allow instant hot water demand was provided and covered all areas. There was a huge amount of associated products and works required and these were carried out to ensure the whole plantroom, heating and hot water system was set up to be controlled via the new BMS.
